Getting to the Holiday Expo


There are several ways to get to the Adelaide Convention Centre via public transport.

Take an air conditioned ride which stops right outside the Adelaide Convention Centre. Trips within the city centre are free and trams go out as far as the Entertainment Centre out west, and the premier beachside destination, Glenelg.


Adelaide’s City Free bus service is a complimentary service for people who want to get around the city quickly, and stops right near the Adelaide Convention Centre. A network of public buses also connect the city to metropolitan SA.


Catch a train into the city and it is just a short walk over to the Adelaide Convention Centre from the Adelaide Railway Station. You can check your timetables for trains, buses and trams on the Adelaide Metro website.


If you are driving in, there are parking options, or you can catch a taxi to and from the Adelaide Convention Centre with ease.


The Adelaide Convention Centre operates two convenient on-site car parks. The Riverbank car park is accessible from Festival Drive and the North Terrace car park is accessible from North Terrace. Located under the Centre means that attending events is fast and efficient.

A Taxi Rank is positioned immediately in front of the Adelaide Casino on North Terrace. A short taxi trip to the airport takes 15 minutes and costs approximately $12.
